Amen, brother. I am in the same boat.

Finally Interview in Mumbai for 5 Nov. Not to be ungrateful but that is after 169 days at NVC, thats on top of 132 days at USCIS. Thank you all for your support and good luck with your process. (F)

My husband flew to the USA and we married a couple weeks later. We sent in the AOS package and payment and did the biometric appt. He was with me 4 months when there was a grave family emergency back

It's just my opinion...but looking at the status over and over and over again seems pointless and only adds to the stress. One day we see 3 N/A, another day we see "PAID" the next day it's 3 N/A agai

DWheels76 explained this, but I'll try again. If you sent ORIGINAL documents to NVC, then NVC has forwarded these to the Embassy or Consulate. You are not required to bring any more originals to you

Someone was scheduled interview in Venezuela their case completed last week and was scheduled interview that same week....my case completed 9/14 and no interview yet...when I call nvc they confirm case completed 9/14 but no interview......should I ask to speak with a supervisor???

Well I was talking to NickAndGeraldine to verify their CC date. The person you speak of that got date right after CC you sure it wasn't an expedite. I see ccsyusa2015 got interview date last week and they are 10/7 CC. Yes I would ask what the heck is happening. That's a big gap in scheduling.

By chance did you verify your CC date with NVC when you called? I think they changed it. Cuz you are right people days after you have interviews. Call and verify please.

Friends of mine with an August CC had their file pulled and it sounds like they were given a new CC last week. Is that common? Is that what happens when you expedite?

Well if you are expedite case Complete really doesn't matter. No need to assign a new dare. You are reviewed by the urgency of the case and evidence presented.

July 22, 2015 : I-130 Approved (It took 140 days)

August 04, 2015: Mail from UCSIS saying they have sent our case to NVC

August 10, 2015: Case scanned by NVC

August 20, 2015: Case number and IIN received by phone

August 21, 2015: DS261 done and FEE Affidavit of Support paid (FEE Status: In Process)

August 24, 2015: Affidavit of Support FEE Status: PAID

August 25, 2015: Husband received Welcome package from NVC

September 03, 2015: IV Package FEE paid (FEE Status: In Process)

September 08, 2015: IV Package FEE Status: PAID

September 09, 2015: DS-260 Done

A huge number of us here are over 301 days. The average wait is one year or more. It's only the very lucky who get through in less time. You are fortunate my friend.

Why is it that the NVC can straight up lie to our faces about "scheduling in order" but if we lied at any point during the process, we would be denied a visa but they can lie at will....? OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T (schedule in order). Just another example of the fantastic US government...

I am so excited!

I just tracked my case thru DHL and it has arrived in Dakar, Senegal today! It left NVC on Friday, October 9th!

Soon I should get an email in regards to an interview date!
