Just sharing my SLEC medical experience last Sep 29-30 2015. So basically I was really nervous to undergo medical since Ive read a lot of people having delays due to problems with their x-rays. I am a smoker so yeah I got really worried lol even though I know there's nothing to worry about haha So here it goes:

1st day: I arrived there at about 5:30 am and managed to get number 33. When my number was called I presented my requirements, at first the guard ask me for the letter from NVC , I don't have that so I told him can I just show a print screen of my case number from ceac tracker and he accepted it. Went to one of the counters where they took my picture and fingerprint. Then was instructed to go to third floor for payment and chest X-ray. After payment, maybe 15 mins of waiting I was called to have my X-ray. Then I went up to 4th floor for blood taking , no waiting needed for that. Next step is v/s, weight , height and physical. I think I had that done on the 5th floor. And this is when all things suddenly slowed down lol. I waited about 45 mins before I was called for v/s, height and weight . Then asked to sit down and wait to be called for physical , , ,another 30 mins wait. The doctor asked me a lot of questions pertaining to my health history, my advice just be honest. I admitted to him that I smoke and drink no problem with that. And yeah, you will be ask to strip down hehe. After this, went down to 2nd floor for immunization interview maybe 15 mins wait . The doctor will just ask you question regarding your immunizations, no need to bring any record as they will give you every vaccine you need. Then went to 3rd floor and was told to go back the next day.

I was out of the clinic around 10:30 am

2nd day: I was at the clinic about 6 am even though I was told to go back at 7:15. I presented my receipt to the guard and was told to fall in line. This is when I got really nervous, coz this is when they will tell you if you will under go sputum test or you need any other added test or if you pass the medical. So I was there standing , praying so hard that it will be all okay and it's my turn . The guard entered my pds number (located on the receipt) and as I peek on the monitor of his computer lol voila " send to 2nd floor immunization". All my worries came off knowing that I passed the medical. ? So i immediately went up to 2nd floor and present my receipt to the counter. I was there about 6:30 am took my seat and waited. Waited for 30 mins then an hour then another 2 hour and finally was called to get my vaccine. #### that, waited 3 1/2 hours just to get one vaccine hehe so anyway after that went to ground floor and waited for my result. I mean waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaited!! it

took maybe 1 1/2 hours to get my results. Out of the clinic 12:30 pm.

There you go, bring a lot of patience I almost lose mine ??

Hi thank you for your post, it help a lot on me because i plan to do my medical exam on Oct 12 this month. I have question, you said you just present the print screen of your case number from ceac tracker and he accepted it. You said too that you dont have NVC Letter. You dont received also letter from USEM i think they called it Eligibility letter or appointment letter correct me if i am wrong. Mine, i dont have NVC letter ( my fiance said he doesnt received any letter from NVC except the NOA1 and NOA2) and i dont received Appointment letter too from USEM which they said i need to wait before i booked my interview. All i have here is screenshot of my status from CEAC saying READY this is the same of what you bring, my interview appointment confirmation , Slec online registration, ID's and my valid passport. Do you think it is enough to let me in to do my medical exam? Please help me i am so confuse now. One week from now is my medical exam and my interview is on oct 19. Im from Gensan so far from Manila so i need to buy my plane ticket and book my hotel in advance. Anyone can help me. Thanks

Hi there,

Here are list of documents I brought with me on the medical:

1. slec registration form online

2. screenshot from ceac tracker

3. passport and passport biopage photocopy

4. interview confirmation page

5. 4 2X2 pics ( write ur full name on the back of each photo)

**i brought 2 photocopies of each document

** from what I read USEM doesn't send any letter of eligibility or appointment letter anymore (maybe they are still sending it but it would take a long time to be posted lol) so don't be bothered about that as long as you have that screen shot and interview confirmation page your are okay. sometimes you can just say you got your mnl # by phone and they will allow you to have medical hehe ( my fiancee didn't also receive a letter from NVC or any email from them so i think you'll be okay)

Remember : Don't worry too much ? just pray more and worry less and everything will be fine.
