Can't schedule the interview? DS 160 option does not exist... Help?

My fiancé and I are trying to schedule his interview via the website provided in the packet 3 letter from the embassy.

We are applying for the k1 visa and selected the "immigrant visa" category.

When we registered, there was an option asking for the DS 260 number, but no DS 160 number. The k1 visa requires a DS 160 but there is no option for that.

So, we can't pay the fee or schedule his interview until we get that figured out.

I emailed the embassy saying:

Hello, I received a letter from the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia in regards to scheduling my visa appointment.

I'm applying for a K1 fiancé visa.

I'm trying to pay the interview fee and schedule my interview but I have a problem.

I was on your website and I selected the "immigrant" visa category and registered to pay the fee and schedule the interview.

The website is asking me to fill out the "DS 260" number.

I applied for a K1 visa and filled out the "DS 160" form but there is no option available to fill out the DS 160 number, only a DS 260 number.

Can you please inform me what to do?

Ako pise no dates available, to znaci da su svi termini trenutno zauzeti. Trebas cesto ulazit dok ne objave otvoren termin da zakazes razgovor.

Jel vama isto treba K1 visa? Kad ste unisli na tu web stranicu, jeste izabrali useljenicke ili neuseljenicke vize?

zvala sam jutros kaze puni svi termini I da I oni neznaju kad ce bit slobodnih kao to usa system njima pusti da samo idalje se prati za Slobodan datum .nama to nije trazilo.Jeste vi ispuni DS160?

Bet you a penny you didn't try under nonimmigrant visa. K1 is a nonimmigrant visa not immigrant visa.
