How to hold supervisor

Our case was sent September 7th to supervisor.i talk to rep to hold me to supervisor 2 times in different days.one time they said they r in meetin sec time thy said nobody picking ph cos it's early. I called them always right 7am .

I know thy lie mostly.can anyone tell me how I can reach to the superviosr and which time I should call so I can talk to them.

my case was sent to supervisor on Aug 20 and 42 days period was over so i called........they now sent my case again for supervisor review with another 42 days period...................

I wanted to talk to supervisor and she said they are not picking up the phone.....

She said my birth certificate is missing.......I insisted its not missing since I have not received a checklist for that and already replied all checklists more than two months ago..........

I think NVC should tell us if Islamabad embassy is busy so at least we may relax.

Hello I try to get a supervisor too since 3 weeks ago and always the representative said the same nobody is available, nobody answer the phone, the supervisor is in a meeting stupid excuses and lies. NVC is a nightmare and the employees don't do their jobs/

Yes u rite whenever I say for supervisor I got same answer.i will try again Friday and I will keep tryin untill I hold some superviosr.

Hi there I think we have a similar time frame. Our case was sent to BBC and has been stuck there afterwards. Received checklist and have responded long time ago. Experienced the technical problems and finally filled out DS260 in July.

Then they told us that something's wrong with my birth certificate and said a checklist was sent in April but that's a lie. Later we found out that they wanted me to have my birth certificate notarized because I was born in China.

Could that be the case of your missing birth certificate? NVC requires applicants of certain countries to notarize their documents.

Anyway, just try to speak to a supervisor because only they can tell you what's wrong and what to do. I know it's hard to reach them, but unfortunately it's the only way to.

I talk to the superviosr 2 times .they nothing can do untill its 30 days reach time.so I found out it's useless to talk to them.making calls don't help.

Hi Kiwan, why is your case under supervisory review?
I have seen your timeline and if NVC received your case in June, it means you have been waiting for 5 months which is not really too bad haha.
Sadly if the two supervisors also told you to wait until the 30-day period is up, then it seems you really got no choice

I finally found that NVC was right and we missed sending that document.......As soon as I acted as said by NVC - my case was quickly completed. I would advice to act as said by NVC.
