NVC claims they did not receive my documentation

Hello all,

I hope I can get some advice. I mailed NVC my AOS and IV supporting document package on September 16th. I called last week and was told by the rep. that she could not confirm a scan date since nothing had been updated in the system. I again called today and the rep. told me that there is still no scan date and that she did not see anything in the "mail pile".

At this point I am freaking out and wondering if the package has been lost. I did call DHL and they confirmed that it was delivered and they also confirmed the delivery address and a signature by initials FNU.

What should I do at this point? Should I wait a little longer?

Any advice is welcomed.

Contact your US Senator for them to find out or call and demand to speak to a supervisor. In both cases present your proof. Are you able to view online that the package was delivered? The NVC has been done to lie and also to lose documents.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am able to view online the delivery and the signature confirmation. But the signature is unclear and I also had DHL confirm over the phone the address that it was delivered to and it was the correct one.

When was it delivered? Normally it takes 3 days for them to send an e-mail out that they received your documents.
