Hello everyone.

I'm new here and I've been following all your timelines.

I have the exact same timeline as Sean and Kristina. But my fingerprint appointment is due on November 2 at 1 pm. I don't think I'll try an early walk in.

Welcome and thanks for introducing yourself! Yeah...if there isn't a great need, I don't recommend trying an early walk-in. My husband wasted an hour of his life and Monday mornings are the only time we really have together throughout the week and we sacrificed it just for the sake of trying to get these biometrics done asap :(

10/14/15 - Received four NOA1s via e-mail & text notifications that USCIS received our case. Routed to National Benefits Center for processing

10/15/15 - Checks cashed

10/19/15 - Received four hard copies of NOA1s in the mail

10/23/15 - Received biometrics appointment in the mail. Scheduled for 11/03

10/26/15 - Failed early walk-in attempt for biometrics at Boston location

11/03/15 - Biometrics appointment in Boston

11/10/15 - AOS case status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview"

12/21/15 - EAD/AP approved

I hear the Los Angeles one is busy all the time. It all depends on my husband. If he wants me to go try then we will go otherwise I don't want to really rush it. That they will be meant to be! So I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it all goes well

I went to my biometrics last Thursday but I am stuck trying to get a joint sponsor so I will be able to continue my process :(

4/16/2014​ - Married LPR; in relationship for 12yrs
12/30/​2014 - Applied for F2A visa on I-130 (Vermont)
12/31/2014 - P​D
1/5/2015 - NOA1 received
8/27/2015 - Case transferred to California
9/22/2015 - Petition approved (NOA2) Case send to NVC
10/22/2015 - Filed AOS application at Chicago Lockbox.
10/27/2015 - Case received by NVC
11/2/2015 - Received welcome letter.<p>
11/4/2015 - Received receipt notice for I-485 and EAD via text and email
12/07/15 - inquiry on status of biometric
12/21/15 - response via mail that case in pre-processing stage
12/28/15 - inquiry on status of EAD
12/29/15 - response via mail; in suspension until bio is done. Also received bio appointment for 01/12/16.

01/12/16- bio appointment successful

01/12/16-received rfe via mail for joint sponsor and proof of imm. status

Got my biometrics done yesterday. Got there 2hours before and they didn't allow me so I came back half an hour before. It all went well the process took about an hour. They were super nice to me.

Now just keep waiting.

"Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

As of November 10, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxx, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

10/07/15 - Package delivered at Chicago lockbox

10/14/15 - Received NOA1 text notifications

I wonder what I missed in my application. I even sent the info of my co sponsor too. Maybe they want more info from her.

I sent marriage certificate. Birth certificates from me my husband and daughter. All taxes. Letters from jobs and check stubs. I don't know what else can they want ??

I'm just waiting for the hard copy in the mail to see what they want. Hopefully it's here by Friday the latest!!!

It could something as a simple as having forgotten to check yes or no on a specific question or not signing somewhere! I hope it's an easy fix! Good luck to you.
