Several questions regarding removing condition - all about the details

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of removing condition (through marriage) and have some questions as I look through the form and evidences:

About the form:

1. How far back I need to go on my previous addresses? Should I just use the addresses I provided for my conditional green card application (plus the new one after I got approved) ?

2. What should I put as the marriage place? We only had a courthouse marriage since money was tight at that time, should I put the City Name + County Name of that Court house?

About evidence:

1. Tax returns : we have 2 copies of tax return from 2013 and 2014 - should I include all the pages , or just the front page (or summary page) where my name and my husband's name are displayed as married couple filing jointly?

About mailing:

1. My card expires on 1/23/2016, if to calculate 90 days window period, it will be 10/25/2015 - is this the date that I MAIL out the package or the date the USCIS should receive my package? I know it probably doesn't matter but still like to make sure.

Thank you in advance for all y'all input!

Thank you - I took a look at the IRS Transcript request pages however we moved after filing taxes for 2014 and did not update the address promptly with IRS and I will have to get my husband's signature to complete that change of address form, and he is in a military training for 30 days..

Long story short, can I include a tax return summary page from our Tax providers from 2013 and 2014 in event of failing to get a transcript?

Hi! I'm filing on the same date! :) Hope everything goes well!

Good luck to you as well!

I was reading the instructions of i-751 and it says the filing fee for i-751 is $505, however there is an additional biometric services fee of $85 due at the time of filing.

Should I write one check of total $ 590 to US Department of Homeland Security, or two separate check of $505 and $85 to the same recipient?

Seems like I am the only one having all the questions.. lol

Im doing the same.. im sending in a copy of our tax return year 2014 since it would take days til i get the transcript and 90 window falls on the 16th of October.

Any perspectives if i should just order the tax return transcript and just send the renewal after the 16th of October, would that be fine?

Thanks everyone!

You can always physically go to the IRS office and pick up your transcripts the same day.

Actually I already got my transcript, I ordered on 1th and received it in the mail on the 9th, faster than I expected. While talking to the IRS agent over the phone (I waited for like an hour to talk to them), the lady said they also have a fax option, but you will have to stand by a fax machine for them to send over your transcripts. Maybe you can try that, or just walk in.

I would probably go with a transcript as I saw other posts says and I quote "any people can complete the tax form together but what really counts is the transcripts from IRS showing they actually submitted it and being processed. " To me it makes moresense.

Both of us are still ahead of the 90 days windows so I'm not too worried about it, try to think of t10/25th (and 10/16th for you) as the beginning date of accepting application, not the deadline.

Good luck!
