I dont know what is i864ez.but i know that i864 is for sponsor & joint sponsor.if sponsor does not meet income requirement,then he/she need joint sponsor.

  8. 10/29/2015: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation Email for I485 765 131 Forms received-10/29/2015
  9. 11/3/2015: Received hard copies of NOA1 for i485 765 131
  10. 11/6/2015 Got Biometrics Appointment letter

  12. 12/22/2015- Initial RFE for Birth Certificate- uscis asking to submit non availability BC.

Hey guys, i just got the case number and IV number from NVC. I'm able to fill out DS 261. I will do it tonight. Thx

Please expalain.how you get case number & invoice number????email or phone???did you call to nvc after your case approval?????

No I have not tried calling NVC yet as I am thinking to apply for an AOS for my wife instead of having NVC transfer it to consulate.
