i called theme today they said the something it depend on embassy beneficiary country but she said after the CC it could be 3months it could be 6 it could be 1month there is no time frame for that.but im confuse if is the case how about the VB and cute off date?????

Just wait a few more months...march 06 2015 when they approved my husband petisyon at uscis. Then wait for 4 more months. U can get a welcome letter, ive got mine july 2015..
