Is it applicable to K1? I had the interview on 17th September and my NOA2 expired on 20th September while I will be entering US on 13th November.

NOA1 email notification November 24th 2014
NOA1 hard copy received November 27th 2014
NOA2 e notification May 21st 2015

Sent to NVC: June 4th 2015

Case number assigned: June 6th 2015

Case sent to Islamabad embassy: June 15th 2015

Packet 3.5 received via email: June 23rd 2015

Packet 3.5 sent: August 5th 2015

Packet 4 received: August 25th 2015

Medical: August 28 2015

Medical report received: September 3rd 2015

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Ask yourself this question: "What document will the airlines and the CBP see when you enter the US?" Will they see the NOA2? OR will they see the K-1 visa in your passport?

They will want to see the valid visa in order for you to enter the US. As long as the expiry date on the visa is November 13th or later, you will be fine.
