It's a little late, but I thought I should say hi and thanks for all the help I have already received.

I joined a couple weeks ago and have already received lots of great advise and my stress level has dropped from dangerously high to manageble. I have been living in Japan since 2001 and met my fiancee in Feb. 2004. We have been living together for over two years and finally decided it was time to live in America for a cpouple years before deciding where to settle long term. I always assumed the proccess would be pretty easy and had planned on getting married in Japan and doing Direct Counciloor Filing and was shocked when I was reviewing the proccess in late January to discover that it had stopped 2 days before. VJ to the rescue!!!

I'm sure it's been said before, but this site is a life saver. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to share advice and helpful tips. It's good to hear from people who are going through similar experiences. I'm looking forward to sending in my I-129F and starting my timeline.
