Hello guys,

Hope u all doing fine.please help me out,

I landed last week at Washington, D.C. Under F11 category.i paid 165$ before POE.

my question is

How can I track my green card

How to get ioe number (if I am right)

What I can do on elis

What I can do on uscis regarding my green card

How to get all that info so that I can track my green card

How people are tracking usps number or how it works.

You can track the progress on USCIS ELIS account you created to pay the $165 immigrant fee. Currently it takes between 1 and 3 months for the green card to be issued. On your ELIS account, you should see several stages in circles that get colored as your case makes progress. Once it gets to "optimized" it's just to matter of time to finalize with "closed". At that point you're done and card gets mailed.

I wanna ask u that

I did not make any account on elis

It asked me A number and case number then

I paid with credit card.

So actually there was not account login or making.

Oh it looks like that's the new way USCIS ELIS now works. The system was modified so you don't have to create any account. From what I figured, USCIS will send you a mail and that should give you a way to track it though. I won't be surprised if the tracking using the receipt number starting with IOE doesn't work either on the uscis.gov status check menu but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I received payment confirmation email with

Tracking ID:

Agency Tracking ID:

But non of this works on uscis case status box

So I don't know how it's gonna work
