Howard Stern

Casey and I just had a little argument. I said Howard Stern has low morals and for the most part is not funny. Casey thinks he is a great entertainer (he listens to the idiot every day).

Then he said I don't get him because I am a woman! Ohhh thems fighting words!

I say that is wrong, lots of men don't find him funny and it has nothing to do with 'getting him'.

So help me settle this (and be right lol) .... tell me.....do you like Howard Stern?

I dont like Howard Stern, He does have low morals. He is the kind of person that drags this country down. He is a serwer pipe going to too many homes.

I think Howard has high morals and his morals has nothing to do with the entertainment aspect on his show. He works blue as do many entertainers these days. Red Skelton he is not.

Like Jasman said, I don't think we can tell what Howard Stern's morals are, since we don't personally know the man. At any rate, his morals have nothing to do with what he does on his show. I do like him, even though I don't listen to him regularly (I don't listen to much radio, and when I do it's usually music).

I am sure alot of men did like his TV show. For the simple fact that there was always naked women on the show doing something sexual.

I don't that he is to blame for everything that goes on in that show...I watched a couple times and those women have zero morals...he asked them to take of items of clothing and turn this way and that and they totally did it...they ruin it for the rest of us ladies...

Granted its low-brow humour - but I think the guy's morals (or lack of) are rather more sophisticated than what appears on his show.

Is his explicitness any more repellent than the FCC's over-authoritarian broadcasting rules?

I can't talk much about Howard Stern himself, but I find the show low brow and repulsive. That's one reason I would never get Sirius radio while he has his show there -- don't want my hard earned dollar to support the company that thinks Howard Stern is the reason they will beat XM.

my hubby likes to listen to Howard Stern....

The TV show is just a small portion of what actually goes on in his Radio show..... there aren't half-naked ladies romping around 100 percent of the time....

my hubby likes the show because he thinks Howard is funny and a good interviewer.... not because of the naked ladies.... like I said the naked ladies are a very small portion of the show

The radio personality I really hate is Tom Leykis... I used to listen to him a lot but it just made me upset so I don't listen to him anymore ... I know some of what he says his shitck but there are men out there who take what he says seriuosly

Two popular regular segments include "Flash Fridays", in which female listeners are encouraged to flash (expose) their breasts at male drivers who have their headlights on, and "Leykis 101", in which "the Professor" (Tom Leykis) teaches his "students" his rules for dating.

The goal of these rules is to help single men, especially men in their twenties, get the most sex for the least amount of effort and money possible. Leykis believes men in their twenties are particluarly susceptible to the "pregnancy trap" and continually emphasises that they take responsiblity for themselves and always wear a condom. Leykis emphasizes that the "Leykis 101" "course" that he teaches is designed for people not looking for a serious, monogamous relationship, but rather for those who wish to remain independent and unattached, and to understand the difference. According to Leykis, men should never spend a lot of money to impress women, they should stop dating a woman if she's still refusing sex after the third date, and they should never date single mothers. The latter is cited as a practicality issue; those wishing to "date" a woman don't need to get through any additional form of interference in the form of children. There is also the predilection of a single mother to consider should she find herself pregnant: she is much less likely to consider abortion if she already has children.

nope it is definelty Tom Leykis he is a total creep.. Howard is ok.... trust me his whole show isn't about naked women... the TV show was but hey naked women sells
