I am getting ready to fill out my I-134 form, but I am a little confused on what evidence to supply. I make well above the poverty line in a job I have had for over 17 years. I was going to supply my last years tax return, along with a letter from my employer, and some recent pay stubs. Is this sufficient? I see that in some cases you need to supply a letter from your bank and evidence of deposits, etc, but I remember reading somewhere that is only in the case of being borderline on the income requirement. Can anyone clarify?

Our K-1 journey:

3/2/2015- Petition sent Fedex overnight

3/3/2015- Petition received (NOA1 according to USCIS website)

3/5/2015- Paper NOA1 notice date

9/1/2015- NOA2!! (182 days)

9/4/2015- sent to NVC

9/17/2015- finally got through to NVC and case number assigned

9/24/2015-Status changed to "in transit"

9/29/2015-Dublin Embassy Received

9/29/2015-Packet 3 Received

10/7/2015- Medical scheduled

10/7/2015- Packet 3/readiness sent (Dublin Embassy needs medical complete before readiness is sent)

10/8/2015- Interview scheduled for Oct 29

10/29/2015- Interview, approved! (241 days)

11/9/2015- Visa in hand

Pretty sure the banks are familiar w/ this request/process. I contacted my online back and I had online available in a day or so and physical mail several more days after that (but everything mailed from them is particularly slow).

Cost me nothing in time/money and Couldn't hurt approach was my take on it.

It is hard to clarify because every country is different.

I used the same documents as you mentioned there except that i added 3 years of taxes and i used the IRS Tax Transcripts(Which are your best option by far). I did also include a statement from the bank.

The consensus seems to be tax returns and recent pay stubs is good. But here's a list: Three most recent tax returns (include Form 1065 Schedule K-1 for biz owners/partnerships), recent pay advices (W2, etc.), real estate ownership (including trust interests), checking/savings account, retirement account info, and personal stock account interests (Ameritrade, Etrade, Scottrade, etc.) ought to do it - maybe just the tax returns and recent pay stubs is enough. Agree with heo luoi above - best be safe and take plenty of financial info. However, most people well above guidelines seem to escape any scrutiny at interview. Seems you probably have enough. Good luck!
