No, the site functionality is broken for the past few months and no longer even available.Can try requesting via mail (online), but that feature too was reported as still 'not working' by some.

You can go to an local IRS office to get your transcript otherwise you will be waiting a very long time to get them by mail.

Online order and order via mail were both down when I tried to order last month. I used the phone service, went through the automated system to order 5 tax transcripts for last 5 years one by one. Got the transcripts for last 4 years (including current year) in 11 days.

You might also wanna try phone service.

I think they only require most current year, however most people will send previous 3 to better demonstrate their financial stability.

I also recommend requesting through phone service. Our joint sponsor requested last 3 tax year transcripts and had them all in about 9 days.

Crud I think I only provided one, I think I only pulled the latest before the site hit the skids. Hopefully the 1 year and all the other stuff will be enough. Ugh.

For those interested:

You can get transcripts on the web, by phone or by mail. To request transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Order a Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts.

Hello, Getting transcripts is very difficult at this time because the website was HACKED back in May 2015. After several recent attempts to get transcripts that never came via phone and website request I had to get up bright and early to call the IRS to request them. I went through the prompts for individual tax returns and pressed a number that would let me speak to someone. After an hour and 10 minutes on hold a very nice customer service agent assisted me and I had the transcripts in 7 days. The information about the hacking of the system was given to me by the agent, he said calling was my best option so I'm glad I did.
