2 different questions: leaving blanks on I-129F & Selective service registration?

Hey everyone, I have two questions

The first is is that for example on the I-129 F when it aks for the name of your Fiances child. Can I put "FAINCE HAS NO CHILDREN" and leave all the answers below about the city and state of birth, first last name, etc blank. Or should I put "NONE" or something to that affect in the blank?

The second question:

About 3 months ago when I first started learning about the K-1 visa process I remember reading something about USCIS checking to see if you've registered for the selective service. I really have no idea what I read because it was 3 months ago and my brains just about fried but anyway. I have no problem registering for the selective service or anything like that, And it's very very possible that I registered when I renewed my license at 18 but I really can't remember. So anyway, as far as the visa goes is this something I should double check about to make sure I'm registered before submitting the application?

Thanks

I would check the instructions. I read that on the i129f you leave it blank if it does not apply. On the g325a you put none or na if it does not apply. That is was I did and most of the examples do the same.

Oh, I did not put down anything about registering for selective service.

Don't leave anything blank. Put N/A or none

That is not what the instructions state.

OP> Follow the I-129F instructions for filling out the form.

From the I-129F instructions> http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration

Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your

answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is “none,” leave the space blank.

The G-325A has some questions where it tells you to state None if the answer is None, so follow what that form asks from you.
