NVC STAGE

2015-04-20 Case received at NVC(conformed by phone call)

2015-04-28 Case number and IIN assigned (By Phone Call)

2015-05-13 Welcome Letter received via email.

12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

Because i was under cspa review thats why i took long to complete my case

same here still haven't received IL. my PD Oct. 2, 2013. i called NVC last friday and told me my case has been completed last August 13, 2015 and waiting for an interview at USEM. it's been more than a month but i havent received case complete letter. Hoping for interview this coming November. :(

same here still haven't received IL. my PD Oct. 2, 2013. i called NVC last friday and told me my case has been completed last August 13, 2015 and waiting for an interview at USEM. it's been more than a month but i havent received case complete letter. Hoping for interview this coming November. :(

lets hope we will get our IL soon, i think it depends on how much space the embassies in our countries have.

I just called NVC. NO IL yet. My PD is 22Nov2015.

Hi Majuma20, I am glad that you are done with your process and waiting for IL. Our case is pretty much stuck somewhere that no one can help and just wait for it. Nov 27 13 PD but still waiting for Welcome letter from NVC. Our case is under CSPA review since May. So very disappointed in the whole process.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days
