VISA approved 1 month ago still no passport!

No my senator is Jose Serrano because I live in the Bronx

We live in the bronx also, However Senators Gillibrands office handled our case.

I found that Serrano office was very busy and did not seem very efficient.

I called them and they told me the same thing I have to wait 60 days in order for them to escalate my case if he doesn't receive his passport, did you have to send documents to after your interview?
