K1 interview in London question about single mother

Hello

We have finally gotten our interview date , it's a month from today . My fiancé has a soon to be 7 year old daughter who i also have a great relationship with . Her biological father isn't in the picture as he left before she was born but shows up now and again . He is not on the birth certificate and has no parental rights . Our lawyer and other immigration lawyers said that would be a non issue then, my question is if anyone else recently has been through a situation like this? He doesn't stay in touch and rarely responds to texts so even his address is unknown
