So we are due to remove the conditions on my husbands residency - it became valid on August 29, and his 2-year anniversary is November 27.

Everything seems pretty straightforward except the biometrics, mostly because of our current living situation. We bought an RV and are currently touring around the US, but we are far from our home address (we're currently on the west coat, home address is in Florida). Side note: we filed for his green card while living in NYC, but moved to Florida after. We did register all address changes with USCIS and the address is currently up to date.

What I'm afraid of is getting a biometrics notice saying my husband (the permanent resident) needs to go to the biometrics center designated for FLORIDA, while we are several thousand miles away. We know that if necessary he'll fly out, but can we request to reschedule at another location? I'm not even sure what locations there are, but if I submit it in the next few days, we would probably be somewhere around San Francisco at that time, so we could definitely find a biometrics location there (much more likely than near Jacksonville, FL).

Also, how likely is it that he simply won't be asked to come in for biometrics?

Thank you all in advance. Again, I'm not complaining, and he WILL travel if necessary obviously, just trying to figure out if it's possible to do biometrics in a different place if possible. Thank you!!

you will get the notice on the last registered address that USCIS have and they will instruct him to appear to the local ASC in florida. please have the the notice in hand only than we can talk about rescheduling it.
