FBI Name check for visas in Administrative Processing

Hi!!

Most of the cases under Administrative processing have to go thru a name check with the FBI, unfortunately this takes so much time that people born in some countries take more than a year to clear.

Does anybody knows any website for the FBI with recent information about NNCP (National Name Check Program) every website I see has a very old post about how long is taking. the embassies never disclose specific information and for all of us waiting for a response is like being in a black hole.

i think this is the most recent information i could get, but it does not say it takes that long.

how ever i was looking in to a security clearance for different kind of cases, and there is this security check called CONDOR visa check.

it is for people from originally from 26 countries, including cuba and eritrea which where i am originally from.

Thank you for the info. Yes, the Visa Condor process includes a terrible waiting, I wish I have known about it before we started the process.
