N/A NVC

Hey everyone,

I have a question. I send my AOS + IV Package online. That was last week on tuesday.

I know it ususally takes up to 30 days for NVC to review the documents.

Now I was checking our ceac and there are 3 N/A's.

- AOS fee

-AOS Documents and financial evidents

-Civil Documents

What exactly does that mean?

Most likely it means your case is complete 3 N/A usually means that, but not always

You should call the NVC

Okay thanks for your answer. But wouldn't it be a little bit too fast? I sent them everything last week.

yes it does seem fast but only way to know is to call

I have seen another topic on here that stated the NVC review time was down to 20 days so maybe some are even faster

wow is good luck really , cos my case stock in NVC since July and now is under supervisor review cos is more of 60 days and even the supervisor don't start working in my case and is under sup review since 3 weeks ago. I call this morning and the representative said they are behind in the cases , at this point I loose my hope , I going for a spinal surgery Oct 19 and I really need my husband help but at this point I don't know what else I can do.

That is certainly one of the fastest reviews I have seen in recent times. I think I saw where someone got a checklist 8 days after they submitted their documents online.

so this means our case is complete? Some people say 3 N/A mean cc, others say it doesn't mean anything. Think I'm going to call them tomorrow.

THat would be a pleasent surprise.
