confusion about aos, iv fee & ds260

i hv completed choice of agent & paid aos fee bt i'm unable to pay iv fee...now can i submit aos&civil documents before paying iv fee & before submitting ds260 or should i wait to pay iv fee???any information would be apreciated...thnx in advance...

Don't worry... It's the usual process. As soon as your DS261 has been reviewed.. You'll have access to pay for IV FEES.

Can't remember how long it will take to be reviewed though... I think it's two weeks... Check my timeline or better still.. Call NVC to tell them to review it.

People sometimes send down civil docs before filling DS260 but I won't advice you to follow that path cos you may end up messing up your application as many here on VJ are currently facing...

Don't worry.. No need to rush cos you'll get a lot of time to complete every stage of your application before getting current...

In the main time start getting all other docs like police clearance ready.... Good luck

i hv few more ques...my husband's income is below requirements and he only filed tax last year as he is a green card holder for 2years plus he addedhis brother as dependent in his tax filed..nw we hv a frnd who is willing to be a joint sponsor bt he is also a green card holder for two years plus filed tax for 2 years...as far as i knw nvc wants last 3years tax filed...is it gonna be a problem dat my sponsor plus joint sponsor both individualy doesnt filed tax for last three years...nd my husband has a dependent??
