We have two marriage licenses, we didnt get married twice. Would they really do a check up on possible previous marriage licenses?

Yes we had plans on marrying in another state but changed our mind as his old grandma wouldnt be able to attend as it would of been too far.

From what I can recall, the service I used was only completed marriage certificates. But I would caution you to make sure you know what you have. Each state has different marriage ordinances and it sounds like you were not entirely sure what you had earlier in this thread. This is where the second quoted suggestion will really come in handy. :thumbs:
