why nvc is so rude

Good morning.I feel like I'm stuck in the nvc.I submit my documents to nvc more than a month ago now ain't no update or news about it.like we all know calling em is so suffocating the putted me on hold for 3 hours before they hang up !! Even online it said ( at nvc) except that everything I try to check it says the case number and the ID number don't match I dnt get it is this normal guys !! Or I'm the only passing by this !!

You are not alone. NVC is taking lots of time in settling cases these days. For e.g is been sixty days since we sent every thing to NVC and our case is still under review. Calling them is like chasing wind no one will guide you to right direction unless your luck precedes your call Wish you best of luck.

try calling NVC like 7:30 in the morning their time and u will be able to talk to them within 15-20 mins....i always called as soon as they opened and never had any issues....

Calling NVC is just waste of Breath, Time and Money because most of them has no clue about the cases. The only thing they tell you with surety is its under review and only Allah knows how long this review ends.

I'll agree that NVC is extremely inefficient and incompetent, but I've never actually come across any rude rep on the phone or via email.

Like Anonymous007 said, calling them is pretty much a "waste of breath, time and money". They'll say whatever they have to just to get you off the phone.

Have you tried the CEAC website again? Sometimes you get that message saying the case number is wrong, then if you try a couple of hours later, it'll work.

Hope we all hear something soon.
