Today was another landmark day since arrival of the NOA2. Nvc replied by E-mail that our packet was on its way to london. Armed with the New case number we were able to schedule a medical appointment for March 2nd.

We have made highly ambitious plans to be married on April 5th. To that end we had spent the NOA2 waiting time gathering all required document, even practice completion of packet three forms. All packet four documents are ready.

04-17-2007 Married using K1 Vusa
04-27-07 Filed for AOS, EAD, AP.
06-28-07 Green card arrived in mail

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed
01/11/11 Oath ceremony

Good luck for a successful interview. I don't know how fast London is scheduling interviews, but I hope you can get a date in enough time to get married April 5th.

I'm with you. Our case is nearly to the Embassy. All the Packet 3 forms are ready to send. All the paperwork has been mailed to my guy there (except bank letter, they are posting it, it should come any moment...). I saw our Embassy has all interviews scheduled for March, but we hope for an early April interview and married by early May.

3-29-2007 -US Embassy sent Package 3

4-10-2007 -Received Package3 via Email
