I have my interview on 30th September at the Riyadh Embassy but according to the doctor I'll receive my medical on 1st October as I'm getting it done on 28th. Is there a way to request the doctors to give the reports in a day. Moreover the embassy will open tomorrow since it's Eid holiday here. Please help me

If worst comes worst and you don't get Your medical before the interview, simply go to the embassy on the scheduled time and explain to them what the problem is. They will reschedule it for you for the date when the medical is ready. That happened to me as well. Was freaking out))))

If worst comes worst and you don't get Your medical before the interview, simply go to the embassy on the scheduled time and explain to them what the problem is. They will reschedule it for you for the date when the medical is ready. That happened to me as well. Was freaking out))))

Thank yu so much for your prompt reply. Did they give you a new interview date or did they ask you to submit the medical after the interview? Your help is gighly appreciated

Thank you... so it isnt an issue? Did the process went smoothly. Did they conduct the interview and asked you submit the medical or did they just rescheduled you?

They did not conduct the interview, as one of their first requests was to give them my medical. I explained what happened, and they rescheduled me for the next day. My biggest fear was that they might reschedule for a month or more from that day. Moscow is pretty far from where i used to live in Russia. But that did not happen.

Do I need tax returns of all the 3 years to be submitted during the interview as they have only mention the tac returns of the most recent year

You should read your embassy's interview guide. the list of documents may vary.

Medical exam can be done and sent in after.

Mine not ready at the interview, so i received the letter at the end stating visa denial because medical exam results not ready.

After my medical sent in, now it shows " issued " on status CEAC website

USCIS

6/3/2014 - I-130 Sent   6/10/2014 - Received NOA1   7/10/2014 - Received NOA2    11/10/2014 - Called USCIS for status

12/10/2014 - Result back with case pending due to Security Check    1/10/2015 - Called USCIS for status

2/10/2015 - Result back with case pending adjudication further review

3/31/2015 - Case approved by USCIS and forwarded to NVC

NVC

4/10/215 - NVC assigned with receipt case #    4/28/2015 - Completed DS261 Choice of Agent online

5/4/2015 - Called NVC to complete review DS261 by phone  

6/4/2015 - Sent both AOS and IV packages to NVC    6/8/2015 - Received IV fee notice     6/9/2015 - Paid IV fee

Thank you for the guidance. My interview went well and thankfully I got my medical before interview but they gave me a 221g form stating that my case is hnder administrative processing and I need to submit original divorcertificate of my husbands previous marriage. What does that AP mean and how long does it take to get the bisa fater submitting the document.

Meaning they are waiting for your divorce paper. As long as they receive your paper, itll take a week or two. Mine was processed within a week.
