Hi there guys,someone can help me out thru Relative Petition. How much costs to apply for this case and does a lot of documents needed and how long it takes the process to get done I appreciate all the response.Thanks

you will need to file the I-130 petition the fee is $425.00 once approve it goes to the NVC there you will to send in the affidavit of support or AOS not to be confuse with adjustment of status need $120 for the AOS $325 for the visa application fee. after the interview you will need &165 for the green card processing fee plus fees for the medical

these are just fees if your relative is still in another country. If they are already in the USA the process will be different and the fees also

Yes J&ana my mom is still in the Philippines. so 425$ ,325$ and 120$? Plus the medical fees . i was thought is like only 600$ something dollar for the papework fees.

I look at the link that I sent you and it seems that the petition is basically the same whether it is parent, child or spouse. Same forms same fees but I have never actually file for a relative other then my wife. So of course I could be wrong

I think the visa your Mom will get is a IR5 visa
