I just called the Health Department in my city, they said they will sign the I-693a for free with their civil surgeon, and, since its the health department, the vaccinations go by my income, so it's less. By the way, when I did the zip search for a civil surgeon in my area, none came up in my city at all, so it's worth a call to your local health department.

It has to be done by a USCIS approved Civil Surgeon.... a Health Dept Civil Surgeon is not the same thing....

I wish it was that easy................I could have gone to my doctor, had her fill out the forms & we would be all set

I wouldn't recommend going to any doctor that isn't listed on the USCIS website(just my opinion)

You can get your vaccincations done at your health dept but need to use a USCIS-approved CS for your I-693a. Sorry....

The lady said that he was a civil surgeon, he worked for the immigration department. So, I'm assuming he is "USCIS" approved, whatever that means. I'll have to check that out though. She knew about the I-693a's and seemed to know all about what I'm doing. I dont know....
