Hi everyone need little help here. We recently got our MNL case # (status: in transit) and I am planning to set an appointment at St. Lukes for my medical without scheduling an interview date, is that OK? Or do I have to schedule/pay for my interview first, before i can have my medical done? Also if incase, I can just schedule my interview online with my MNL case#, right? Thank you.

hi guys, i still love that incredible picture that you earned :-)

we are approaching that step that you are at now.. just waiting on Joy's passport to do the ds-160

from what we know, st lukes is going to want to see that you have a letter from completing your ds-160

i think that usually comes in the form of an appointment letter for interview..

but also, know that if you make an appointment for weeks or months into the future, that is perfectly fine to do your medical as early as you would like..

but also, (and some of this i have just read, and cant find where i read it again) you can change your interview appointment one time for free, or without penalty..

but also, that once you do your medical, the clock starts ticking and you have to leave the country in 6 months, so don't do medical too early..

anyone can correct me if i am in error, but i think that is the quick answers you seek..

please help us all by making an original review after the interview, and keep us posted..

so cool to see you are getting there, congrats from Gary & Joy

I don't always get my posts deleted on V.J., but when I do it's a good indication I was right and they couldn't handle it !!!

I just had our MNL# 2 weeks ago. What I did was I waited for our file to be sent off to USEM and when it was received at USEM ( it will say ready once you track it at ceac tracker) I immediately printed out my MRV fee slip and paid at BPI. you won't be able to schedule an interview if your file is still with the NVC or in transit. I then waited a day just to make sure that my payment will be posted , from what I read you can schedule after 4-8 hours of received payment, but yeah I waited a day lol.

When I was scheduling my interview online the earliest date I can find was oct 2 but I opted to select Oct 19,2015 to give me a safe time frame to finish medical and cfo seminar. From what I saw there are a few bookings left for Oct so if you wish to have an interview this month better hope your file will be sent off to Manila asap.

And with the medical, you need to present your interview appointment confirmation so they will allow you in the clinic and that is based on my reading from this site hehe I am having mine on wednesday hopefully Ill pass..

Goodluck!
