Does your wife have any travel history? That is one way of increasing your chances. I second the opinion that engaging a law firm is unnecessary if not harmful. It may cause more scrutiny on the side of the embassy. I would rather spend the extra money on applying for US residency for her if her tourist visa is rejected. Use it for the visit and return the green card once back in Thailand. Such cases have usually guaranteed tourist visas in the future.

All I want to do is to make my daughters see and meet my wife and son face to face for the first time. I tired of sending pictures to my daughters so that they can see my wife and son's.If she gets the visa we will be going for 6 days in December. and will be back to celebrate my son birthday and my birthday wish 24 Dec and my son 25 Dec. I will be celebrating our birthday at home in Thailand not in the us.

pepo1 what people are saying is that it is a very simple process to apply for the B2. You fill out the form online, 30 mins max, then go to the interview, thats it.

There is nothing a legal firm can do to help your chances. What part of the simple process did you find difficult that you felt you had to pay someone to do it?

I dont know about Thailand but here in the UK I scheduled my interview as soon as I applied online, for 2 days later. So I don't know what you are waiting for, you should have just done it yourself it would have probably been faster.
