Filed on same day as you...still waiting for the biometrics letter. From seeing other peoples' dates, I would expect to get mine within a week or two giving me only 7-10 days advance notice.

Hi there!

I have a question about my NOA1. I sent my documents to remove the condition in October 16th and I checked online that the package got delivered to California Service Center on 19th. However, I have not yet received my first letter (NOA1) and seems like those who filed around the time I did already got theirs and waiting for the letter about biometrics appointment.

Should I wait another day or two? Or should I contact customer service center and ask them what's going on? I am very worried right now...

Call the customer service phone line, also make sure they have your correct address!

Thanks for the response. I just called the customer service center and the representative put the request of action to notify that I haven't received NOA1.

It has EAC number on it, Can I use that to track status on line or do I need to wait for Biometrics appointment to get a different ASC number to track online status?

You filed on 10/26 and your NOA receipt date is 10/20? or 10/28 maybe?

Sorry my bad, its 10/30/2015. I missed typed 2 in place of 3 :(

Also NOA1 has an EAC number on it, Can I use that to track status on line or do I need to wait for Biometrics appointment to get a different ASC number to track online status?
