So i sent off my RFE and they got it today how long will it take VSC to look at it all?

Took them almost 2 mos to respond to mine.

Got RFE 8/5

Responded 8/6

Delivered 8/8

Approved 9/21

I received a letter today stating that his conditions have been removed and that we should get his new card within six weeks. There is still NO update online besides the very first one, stating that the case was received last year. I suggest checking your mailbox more frequently than the USCIS website, imo.

I reckon that citizenship is next! Good luck to all those who are waiting.

Send my RFE packet on Thursday! Will let you know how quickly I receive a response

I got an infopass appointment on Wednesday ill as im going home for xmas so want an I-551 stamp. Ill ask them to send a request for a status update maybe it will hurry the whole process along :)

I got an infopass appointment on Wednesday ill as im going home for xmas so want an I-551 stamp. Ill ask them to send a request for a status update maybe it will hurry the whole process along :)

How did you schedule it? I have to renew my drivers license and would like to head home too!

You can set one up here https://my.uscis.gov/appointment

My licence they gave me 3 extra months on it so im ok there for a bit but once i head into the new year then ill have problems without the I551 stamp

Hello, I would like to go home this december too. But haven't hear anything yet, I filed on Nov 3-2015. Do you think I can get an I-551 stamp and come back to the us with exipire extension letter?
