Thanks for the info guys., so i cant just send them the income tax return copy we got from where we filed from since it does state that we filed married.? our 90 window starts in 4 days and i dont know if it will be enough time to still order a transcript from irs..does anyone know how long it takes? thanks again guys. oh and also for the credit card we have separate since i couldnt even apply for one with him jointly since im re-establishing my credit and same goes with him. Can i also state that on the cover letter or that shouldnt be a problem?

Since your 90 day window opens in 4 days, you have enough time. Order your IRS transcripts and they should be available to you within 10-15 business days. I would definitely wait for those before you send out the package.

IF for some extreme reason you don't get them until the last week of your 90 day window, then i'd send whatever i have. w2s, tax returns.

But I'm definitely positive you'll get your IRS Transcripts within a good timeframe. Remember to order all transcripts for you and your spouse for the past 2-3 years (covering your marriage).

Thanks again for the reply guys.. How can I order tax transcripts? And Happy Chic do you think I have enough evidence from what I stated on my post? Also, since we don't have any utility bills under our name since we live with my parents but we do pay all the utility bills here at home including cellphone bills which also falls under my moms name.. Is it fine that my mom states in her affidavit that we do help her with financial (specifically all the utility bills here at home) ?

A_Singh we only have income tax return from year 2014 since that's the only year my husband and I worked since we just came from the Philippines.

Quick question guys with the transcript request. Do i request for the tax return transcript or the tax account transcript? Im pretty new to all these so im a bit confuse. I just ordered both for my husband since he was the primary on the tax return when we filed it..

Yes, you have a good amount of evidence. It's a good idea that your mom writes about the utilities situation. If anything it shows that you are being a responsible couple financially despite living with parents.

Tax return transcript is enough for the year(s) you didn't amend taxes. I would include tax account transcript only for the year(s) you amended your return since amended returns are not reflected on tax return transcripts. Good luck!

Thanks so much. Hopefully its enough evidence. We are still establishing our credits thats why we really dont have anything like house loans etc. SInce my mom stated that we do pay the utility bills here at home even if it doesnt fall under our name, do you think i should also make a letter saying that we do help with payments or my mom's statement on the affidavit is enough?

About the tax transcript i just ordered both since i wasnt sure which of which do i have to send. 90 day window starts in 3 dayss aahhh! hopefully ill receive it by then, its just too bad the online network where you can just print off the transcript is unavailable.

Yes, USCIS would question why a couple opened a joint bank account a month before removal of conditions. From the point of the IO, it sounds like you opened it just to look good for roc. If you have other loads of joint evidence, then it should be fine.

Isn't our baby a big evidence? We never thought they'll ask for it!
