hi

there is no other form than the one mentioned. to remove conditions, you only need the i751 and lot of evidence of bona fide marriage to get the 10 year GC

So... there is no biometric forms... like G325A and income forms like I-134 this time.... You mean there are no other forms that need to be included WITH the I-751 packet to be sent in...

Read the ROC guide, and more importantly, the actual I-751 instructions you download from the USCIS site. It will list all requirements for the form. http://www.uscis.gov/i-751

hi

the i864 that was used when you were petitioned is still in place, you got the 2 year GC, now you must again prove that your marriage is in good faith after 2 years

co mingling of finances is very important, taxes together, bank accounts, bills in both names, medical insurance or car insurance in both names, all that you have during these 2 years, since you've been married to now

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.

http://www.uscis.gov/i-751

Edition Date

04/11/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 04/11/13 edition. No previous editions accepted.

I was hugely ninja'd. That's what I get for making a cup of tea before hitting the Post button. Regardless, for posterity:

The passport photos are only needed to "those who reside overeas pursuant to military or Government orders." It's all in the instructions; did you read them?

As long as you have downloaded the latest form from the USCIS website it will be accepted.
