please i need help with ustraveldocs site

hello vj members

i have a problem with ustraveldocs website
i created a profile so i can print the CGI so i can pay the visa fee in my country with the CIB bank
but when i press on visa information, or fee payment, or family details, anything it does not interact with me, nothing opens with me

i dont know if that problem because i had an old profile but i forgot about it with the same email, but what made me forget even that if you creat a profile in the same website with the same email it says we already have you here and if you forgot your password press on forgot password
but when i entered the same email does not say anything

so what now should i do, i can open anything too print the CGI so i can pay the visa fee
some help please.

If you have to, create a new email ID and register with the new one

i read many people even tried to do so, it does not work with them i dont know why, if i had to i will try this one, i sent an email to the customer support, hopefully they will reply me or solve this problem, they sent me an email that they will reply within 1 to 2 days

thankfully, i emailed them last night and the amazing thing they replied me today and they fixed the problem

i told them what is exactly my problem and i believe it is because i have 2 accounts with the same email, and i wrote the email

they replied to me, asking me now to heck and log again, i did and the problem solved, dont worry it will be fixed for you too , just send them email
