what the outrage should be is how a hate group like the Brady folks preyed on a very vulnerable group of parents that lost their child in a shooting by an insane person. Rather than go after laws that will keep this person in jail .instead of being put to death when he is "cured " of his insanity they go after a law abiding legitimate company .. The hate flows from this organization .They dance on the graves of dead folks all the time .

One of the tools we as citizens have to change the law is to challenge laws through the courts. My takeaway is that this wasn't a challenge to the constitutionality of the Second Amendment, but to the constitutionality of the Colorado law in the way it intersected with Federal law. Is it constitutional to remove negligence as a cause of action against demonstrably "bad apple" dealers? I think this was a poor choice of defendant -- Lucky Gunner was demonstrably not a bad apple.

Lawyers don't get disbarred for this, nor should they.

My interpretation of it is that, having read some of the comments on the first page, that some people don't give a toss about the family and would instead see them screwed over yet again just to prove some philosophical point about frivolous lawsuits and the rights of the corporation and of gun owners.
