How long to Confirmation email that CC

Hello and a big thank you to all VJ's for their advice and support.

I Just got of the phone with Sylvia and she gave me a CC after I send her an email with my wife's passport attached. I filed the DS-260's in July and that means it took them 82 days to even look at them. 30 days after sending the DS-260's I asked for a Supervisor to look into my case (guess that was a mistake) and I waited another 20 days before I started calling every week and the last week's been calling everyday. So here is my advice: NEVER SURRENDER call as often as you can and ask to speak to a supervisor and then ask them to review you over the phone. Anything else they tell you is a LIE.

Now please if someone knows how long does it usually take to get a confirmation email that your case is complete?

What I have read here is 5-7 days. Our case complete 21Sept, still waiting email confirmation.

I was told by someone at NVC that NVC doesn't normally send out a confirmation e-mail. I don't know what to say. This agency continues to frighten me each time I speak to someone. I don't know if it is just blatant lying or ignorance. Either way, something is terribly wrong.
