My husband's interview was at New Delhi us embassy and he was given white 221g form and was asked to submit proof of arrest while he was in Australia but he was never arrested when he was in Australia. His PCC is clear. Need help please someone help me. What to do? I asked the Australian federal police they said they don't have any record of him being arrested. What documents should I submit?

Could be someone with the same name, though it is odd since USCIS usually goes by the police cert sumbitted, and you say your husband's is clear.

Is it possible that there is a missunderstanding with words? Ie was he ever involved with the police in Australia, but only got a caution, or as a witness to something?
