My husband has the interview next week in mumbai. How strict is the consulate about the domicile requirement since we are the dcf route. I have been in india since November ending. Here is the list of documents i have for proving domicile

1) Valid driver's license that has the old address but I recently changed it to my sister's address and i have the change of address proof

2) I have a copy of the social security

3) I have a letter from my sister saying that we will stay with her until we get back our feet

4) i have statements from checking and credit card account

5) The cell phone account is in my name and i have statements from those

6) I have life insurance statement with the current address

7) I also added my name on my sister's lease

Is this enough? Do I need more? Do i need a moving quote? Because I currently have no income and my husband has the corporate office in america and he will ask for transfer only he gets the visa. My sister is the joint sponsor and I only have tax returns from 2012 to 2013. My sister sent her three year tax returns and he more than enough income.

Does it look like my husband will be approved?
