I applied filed for my AOS in November 06. I didn't think I would be leaving the country any time soon, so I didn't apply for Advance Parole. Turns out one of my best friends is getting married back home in Ireland in June. I filed for AP thirteen twelve days ago and as yet have not received a receipt. I have flights booked for June 13th. This is going to be very close and I may be in a bit of trouble.

This isn't really a question. Just a warning to anyone who is just filing for AOS. It's absolutely worth filing for AP at the same time, simply as insurance. I really wish I had.

IF there is a drop dead date you could contact Senators and Congressional Reps to see if they can help.
