First/last names swapped on marriage cert

Applied for a license and got married last week, but just noticed her first and last name were swapped on the certificate. She is vietnamese, so her first / last name are not distinguished on her passport or birth certificate. However, her visa and all the visa application paperwork show her first and last name in reverse of the marriage certificate. Should we just go to the town hall and try to get the certificate remedied before we send in the AOS application?

Also, we plan to change both her first and last names if possible. Her last name changed to my last name and her first name changed to an English name to reduce pronunciation and spelling issues.

Interesting my fiancees passport and BC say 'họ và tên' which google says = 'first and last name' but it is listed LAST, MIDDLE, FIRST order

And Ho alone translates to surname/lastname. Im encouraging my fiancee to do the same and take my name just for simplicity down the road ...hopefully it doesnt muck it up before. Wasn't sure about american/english first name yet.

What does the SSN card say, I'd make sure the Marriage cert/SSN match up
