Advice on the I134 Affidavit of Support?

I have two jobs but it looks like there is only room for one position per form. Should I fill out two forms? What's the best way to show both jobs? I don't want to cram all of the information onto one line.

Also, I was not making enough to meet the income requirements last year. Do I still need to provide my W2 forms? I've been at one of my jobs for 4 years and started another job, which brings me over the income requirements, back in December. I'm getting letters from both employers stating my income (gross income?), 6 months worth of paystubs, and a letter from my bank with the total amount deposited over the past year.

Put both jobs on a separate sheet of paper. On the I-134 on line 7, write SEE ATTACHMENT. Put the combined gross income from both jobs also on line 7 where it asks.

You will need to provide what the embassy requires with the I-134, usually the most recent tax return and W2s. You can also include additional information such as your employment letter and pay stubs to prove your current income.

Current income is what matters, and as long as your current income is above the poverty guidelines you should be ok.

Make sure you send your fiancé the "original" i134 form and evidence to take to the interview. Fed ex can get it delivered worldwide in 3-4 days for around $70
