I just called CS tier 2 today and IO (Peter) let me know he already sent a request to Houston to let them know my case is due and surely that I will get an interview notice by end of March 2016. He also said my case is still at pending at NBC, he said once I receive my interview notice my case will be sent to Houston in shortly.

I talked to CS tier 1 first I told her she could not answer my questions so please let me talk to real IO instead of her knowledge.

I do not know why immhelp website is down so I could not update this info to others

Hey Codycody, is it the first time you spoke to a tier 2 CS? May I ask? Because I had one requested a service request for me almost 2 months ago but still nothing happened. My case is so overdue (13 months and counting). I wonder if I should call them again or just wait. Thanks!

I spoke to CS tier 2 3 times - this time the IO named Peter told me he already sent the request to Houston to remind them my case is due and told me I should get my interview notice by the end of this March. Once your case is outside the processing time you can call them anytime.

Thanks codycody, the reason I ask is because on the mail I received they said I should wait 90 days for the field office to respond (I guess my case is already there, since it started with DAL short for Dallas not MSC). I am just being very impatient since March is almost ending. I also requested CIS Ombusman but they have not processed my case yet.

Seem like mine, my first SR and infopass they told me to wait till 90 days then it was passed 90 days but nothing happend. When I called a couple days ago, i do not ask anything he (Peter) knows what he gonna do for me. They know the delay is over. He also looked my case history and already knew I did 3 SR and all SR was lied, wait wait wait and nothing happened like they said in SR.

Do you renew your EAD? I must renew my in early April 2016.

I think your case is still at NBC because IO told me my case is still at NBC even the processing time passed my PD over a month. He said local office will order your case to be sent to local once they are ready that mean once you have the interview date your case is on the way to local office.

Yes I just renewed it free of charge (not true if you need to take passport photos again LoL and of couse postage stamps). This is my second SR and they asked me to just wait as well. So you're saying it is no use making the SR right now than waiting? So frustrated!!!

Woke up to a text that my case had been updated and then saw that I also had an email saying my interview has been scheduled for May 3rd!!! Finally! ?
