HI,

so I am getting ready to send my fiancé the original documents that he will need at his interview... we don't have an interview yet but the mail in Venezuela is real slow so I am preparing ahead of time , anyways I have a few questions regarding the I-134 I did a research here I even seen the sample form VJ has however is not specific to what I need so if anyone here who has filed before with similarity please help :

Question 3 Name of spouse and children accompanying or FOLLOWING to join person :

My fiancé has a 14 year old daughter who we added on the petition we were told we had to even if she wasn't traveling with him , she will not be joining my fiancé when he comes and will probably be joining him years down the road once she is 18 my question is even though she wont be joining or following him at this time do I need to add her to question 3?

Question 7 Income portion :

I did a research before I asked this one but I read different things about it on the savings account portion do I need to disclose how much I have ? I had to use my savings this year my daughter had surgery so there is really nothing there I make more then 125% of the poverty requirements for my family size.. do I just put N/A or 0?

Also is a 401K consider a stock or bond should I add that on that line ? I have statements that I was planning to send anyways.

I also have life insurance where my daughters are the main beneficiaries I downloaded the policy do I need to include? and under the life insurance question it says with a cash surrender value of is this pertaining to the life insurance ?

Question 9 I have previously submitted affidavit ( s ) of support for the following person ( s )

Question 10 : I have submitted a visa petition to US Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons :

I currently have two petitions going an I-30 for my Mom and of course the K1 for my fiancé they both happen to be at the NVC stage do I need to add both of their names to these questions ? on question 9 it says previously as I mentioned I am working on both petitions I am still working on my Mom's affidavit of support so I am not sure if I should add her to question 9 the sample I-134 here shows the fiancé ( beneficiary ) being added to question 9.

Question 11:

I Have wrote the following " N/A process for permanent residence . I will be fully supporting my fiancé upon his arrival and after marriage " I hope this is the correct way to answer this question.

Thank you in advance for the help :)

As I read the Question 7; It read as brokerage accounts (ie post tax accounts) and non-retirement accounts. Many 401ks are full of mutual funds which is of no mention here.

You can get a report from your bank listing when you opened, how long your accounts been open, the typical / avg deposit/balance...etc.

My bank sent me (an online bank) an 'immigration sponsorship form' with the open date, total deposits for this year, the avg balance past 12 mos and current balance. I also was too late cause I moved banks and since I closed my old account they wouldn't do that, so I just had to print off some old statements and hope that was good.

Hopefully my bank swap wont cause any concern.

May want to include invoice for daughters surgery? Aside from the being able to prove you wont be a burden to the system I think they may scrutinize large money exchanges?? but VJ members may be able to chime in more.
