Border living, move to Mexico?

Well now is not the time to make long term decisions, take a breath. Also a good idea to consult a few Lawyers.

I would head over to www.immigrate2US,net http://immigrate2us.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?87-Life-in-Mexico, lots of people in similar situations.

Ok so I would start off by saying I would have never blog if I new he was in a gang I don't support that nothing wrong with what you do but me personally I wouldn't of married him I know him for 9 1/2 years he came over 10 years ago we have been together pretty much since he has been here not one time has he associate with gang members he was 17 when I met him he got the tattoo when he was 21 he saw it at a tattoo shop and he love it when they stated it was a gang related tattoo he wanted to cry to no that the only thing holding him back to see and be with his family was something that don't mean ###### be hide. And yes he did come over here the wrong way ok he made a mistake I get it but I also think they don't think they would have found a woman and made 4 beautiful kids over in the USA so ok sorry about that now he is trying to do it the right way and he is being judge by his tattoo that don't mean nothing to him I didn't want this to be a pity party on r behalf but like I stated before I would have never blog knowing he has been in criminal active...removing the tattoo he is willing to do that but at the end of the day they no what where it is and that isn't going to change on how they feel about him so I hope everything does work in are favor but I feel like we have no chance it hurts explaining to r kids why there father isn't here and has been a very active father in their life since birth them crying acting out hitting biting it's been a hard struggle not to mention I'm pretty much a single parent I'm struggling he was 80% of income now I'm going to not only loose the man I fell in love with but everything me and him work so hard for this is wrong but there is nothing I can do feeling really depressed sad and torn

Listen sister, I feel your pain. The only thing I'd suggest is to find an experienced lawyer who can defend him and appeal his case. Crying here will not resolve anything. Explain him/her everything here as you mentioned. Don't hold it back, tell him/her that you have four kids and you have innocent story, he is innocent. You cannot be erased like a waste. Because if you and your husband is clean and innocent the truth will prevail and you will get what you deserve. I really pray for you. Let the bygone be bygone! Guys instead of judging and being prejudiced, if you know someone who is experienced in this arena please let @shellylule know. If you have such little humanity left in you, please help her, please do help her..

Nothing I say should in any way be construed as a breach of VJ TOS. http://www.visajourn...m/content/terms

All my comments regarding any visa's or routes to obtaining one are subject to their individual terms and conditions, the full extent of which can not possibly be fully detailed in any reply on a forum such as this.

In particular but not limited to condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.

If you read it that way please re read what I wrote, not what you think I wrote. Or what somebody could misconstrue that I wrote.

The problem is not the lack of humanity, its quite the opposite, I feel sorry for the thousands of people here and around the country who are separated from their loved one and spending thousands and thousands of dollars to bring them here while others just walk right on in. Lets look at the facts shall we?

1) He has a gang affiliated tattoo, now maybe he isnt a criminal, but in theory he could be shot one day just for that tat, or worse yet shot at and missed while she and the kids are nearby.

2) they are filing for an M-1 visa, student visa of sorts from my quick google search.

3) she cant support him on a CR-1/IR-1/K-1 and thats a burden on taxpayers. Something I am sure all the successful members here feel very strongly about, since they have had to prove their income at some point or another, as well as myself

1. Does not really matter what people think.

2. I assume the data was all wrong, obviously not M1, IR1 with I 601a waiver.

3. I presumed she has a co sponsor.

All valid, except your number (1) should be in reference to my (3)

I just assumed the data was correct, I don't know so much about waivers and such, but I do know how I feel about Illegal immigrants

----- thank you Boiler-----

You are correct in your comment it was pre 9-11

"Appalled but not surprise, there are a lot of low life lawyers and as everybody says it is a broken system.

But generalisations without knowing the details make it tricky to answer."

Actually it was not considered a terrorist act there was an article in a magazine regarding his victory for these applicants and he was applauded by the immogration advocate community also it occured pre 9-11. My point is that I understand that every case is different but if your problem is a simple tatoo and this attorney can get people with criminal records that have proven they are no threat to this great Nation approved then maybe I would think your case regarding a simple tattoo would be an out of the park homerun for a telented attorney like this, it wouldnt hurt to at least give him a call, he is amazing and returned everyone of my calls within the hour.

To clarify, they are not going to send the FBI in to check all his old haunts and find out if he is a known GBer, they have all they need to refuse his visa for gang affiliation.
