First name and last name

is this important to have First name and last Name to apply for CR-1 Spouse Visa or not?

You need to put down the name that is on your birth certificate. If you for some reason only have one name and that is common in your country then there is no problem.

This is common for females in Pakistan. Put the name as it appears in legal documents, and to be on the safe side attach a copy of her birth certificate. (That is what I did)

actually my name on Passport is " Rooh Ullah" but by mistake i wrote English translation Certificate and one of the evidence for bona fie marriage there

Roohullah without space do you think will it make any problem?

If your legal name is Rooh Ullah, then this is what should be written everywhere. The impact of the misspelling depends where it is written. For example what is written on your I130 and G325A? So it may or may not cause a problem.

in I-130 and G235A and passport, Birth Certificate,NADRA Registration Certificate, in these all Places Al hamduellah we Wrote Correctly , but Just in Translation marraige Certificate, and my brother fona fide marragie statement in these two Places they wrote without space the name is same here too . but just needed space which they couldn't after they sent us

I would get those documents recreated with the correct name. This is something you can control now. Better to do that than deal with the error after it's in the system. This is a serious matter. Take it seriously.

As you move forward give special or even unusual attention to detail and accuracy. Even your question was the wrong question. You have two names, not one. There's no reason to ask if having one is OK? To pretend you have one, when you have two, is definitely NOT OK.

but the thing is i wrote everywhere correctly as i mentioned above I-130, G-325A, passport, marriage registration Certificate, birth Certificate these are more important papers so i wrote here hundred percent correct

but just in two places which not that much necessary i think if they asked me i will explain it to them because i think name is one but in these two papers as Pakistani they don't care to first and last name and in our language there is no space in this name that's way in two places there is no space in it

i have another Question from you Kastrs

in NADRA registration marriage Certificate in Pakistan they can't write international address for your spouse there Nor they can type there any Passport Number of your spouse because there is no Place for that only you can write the local address where your marriage took Place for your spouse and they can only write there in that Certificate Pakistani ID card Number which definitely doesn't have the foreign spouse,

what you had done for your spouse in Pakistan did you write international address or local one for your spouse because the computer can't write international address, in NADRA computer there is only installed Local address for that Union Conceal

Nevertheless, I stand by my advice. Get those papers done again correctly. It doesn't matter what a Pakistani might think about it. You are in a process to immigrate to the USA. Concern yourself with what US officials will consider important.
