Does this mean I can schedule the interview? (K1 visa)

I logged onto my case and this is what showed up:

Does this mean I can schedule the intrview? Or do I have to wait for the email (packet 3) to proceed?

You need to wait until the embassy in your country email you / mail you the packet 3 with the instructions ( if it is a k1 visa). As soon as you complete the instructions you fill the form DS-160, make the payment ($265 k visa fee) and you can set up the appointment after 1pm of the next day. ustraveldocs.com

Looks like after they receive your petition, they will mail you the instructions letter and you will call to schedule the appointment.
