hi everyone, just a bit of inquiry and I am just a bit of confused. My fiance in US received the NOA 1 last September 8 that they received the K1 application on August 27. I am just confused about the "Please verify the your personal information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS National Customer Service Center at the pphone number listed below if there are any changes." Does my fiance need to call that number to verify the information above? or we will just wait for the NOA 2? Thanks.. Enlighten me please, It's almost a month and have no news about it..

A month is nothing, check out differenet threads on here people have been waiting 6 and 7 months but you'll likely be faster than that.

aANDg, you only have to call if there is anything which needs correcting.

And I don't completely agree with Shauneg. A month isn't terribly long, but it's not short either. I got my NOA2 back 15 days after the NOA1. Just hang in there and be patient. Bureacracies are not efficient and there are many variables which affect the processing time. Good luck!

No, 15 days is ridiculously crazy short....Texas is just now working on petitions from March....while California is working mid-August (about a month).

People who were lucky to have theirs sent to California after March have seen theirs around a month mark, but 15 days is still short for those. If anyone were to call and inquire now, they would say to wait as it could take up to five months.
