how to fill for IRS form 4506-T

hi,

we are working on The AOS, my wife ( American citizen) never filed any tax return, and we got a joint sponsor.

now my wife never filed any tax return form.and we have been advised to fill the form 4506-T. to get Verification of Nonfiling.. that she did not file any tax return.

what should we fill the following section :

6 Transcript requested. Enter the tax form number here (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.) and check the appropriate box below. Enter only one tax form number per request.....




and my wife d in 2012 was working in UK and then she moved to US in May and worked as a part time job.

in 2013 she worked in US and UAE as a part time job as well.
in 2014 she was not working at all

If she never filed a tax return there will be no transcript. You know that. No reason to prove that she didn't file. The question is: was she required to file?

If she was not required to file a return (that is different than owing taxes) then she submits a signed statement to that effect. ( My income for the years 20xx - 20 zz were below the filing requirements.)
